You can spot work out, but you don’t really lose weight that way. This is because spot exercises can work on muscles but not on fat as we don’t really understand how our body is distributing fat throughout.
10. A Rigorous Exercise can make me Lose Weight
For success in the long run, you need to make changes to your eating habits and lifestyles that stay with you forever. Anything that asks too much cannot stick for long. You will give it up easily. Walking is the best exercise as it doesn’t ask too much, and it makes you lose weight steadily over time.
