The good news is that ways DO exist and if you adopt the below principles then you can have a successful morning routine every single day.

Prep your meals the night before
When it comes to prepping your lunch for the day ahead the best thing you can do is get it sorted and prepared the night before! This will save you lots of time in the morning, more time means you can use it somewhere else more beneficial to you, be it hair, makeup or looking for your keys! Pre-preparing your meals also gives you chance to sort a healthy, nutritious meal without any time constraints.

Keep your essentials in the same place
Keeping your keys, purse, money and bag in the same place every time you get in at night will save you an awful lot of chasing about. Staying organized will make your life so much easier and less stressful and it will mean less crazy chores and searches in the morning.

Breakfast that packs a powerful punch
An easy, quick breakfast that will keep you feeling full all morning while packing a good nutritional punch would be oats and whey. All you need to do it add some hot water to oats, stir them up then add a scoop of protein and mix it in. Top with a few almonds or some natural peanut butter and you have a seriously tasty, filling and nutritious meal.

A simple but effective beauty routine
Your morning beauty routine doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective. You can look and feel your best with a few simple steps. Firstly when you wake up in the morning some face wipes to freshen your face and cleanse it of impurities is probably the fastest thing you can do to clean your face. Next, an all-in-one moisturizer is a good idea, for example jojoba oil. Jojoba oil is excellent for the skin on your face, neck and body and you can also use it on your air if it’s dry and brittle. If your hair needs a quick freshen up then you can use a dry shampoo to clean up you’re hair without having to wash and dry it that is time consuming. Lastly, using a good BB cream on your face will smooth out your complexion while giving you great coverage. Some tinted lip balm and a flick of mascara and you are good to go.

If you follow the above steps then your morning routine doesn’t have to be so complicated. With a little bit of preparation, clever organization and eliminating a few unnecessary things then you can very effectively simplify your morning routine.
