  • 1-2 lemons, unpeeled
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 chunk of ginger

Here’s a cool little number to boost your anti oxidant levels whilst providing a lovely and refreshing taste.

  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 4-5 kale leaves
  • 1 green apple
  • one big handful of parsley leaves
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger

Kale Mary

This ones a popular twist on the traditional bloody Mary, but made with kale instead of making tomatoes the main feature! This tastes great and provides a potent health kick.

  • 1 tea spoon of horse radish
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • ½ cup of fresh tomato juice
  • ¼ cup kale juice
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh celery juice
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • a pinch of hot sauce

Whip this one up and enjoy the health benefits straight away!

Ginger delight

Ginger is flavoursome and a great combatant against illnesses and disease, not to mention it clears your air ways and improves circulation! Luckily this one is quite easy to make, so give it a whirl…

  • 1 apple
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 inch of ginger

Even though its simple, this juice is still highly effective and tasty – you wont regret it!

One for the liver

The liver is pretty important, and this juice will help you look after it effectively! It tastes pretty great too, so there’s not a great deal to complain about here.

  • 2 apples
  • ¼ of a grapefruit
  • 1 small bunch of grapes
  • ¼ of a lemon
  • ½ beetroot

You’ll love this one, get it juiced up, placed into a tall glass and treat yourself!

There are of course hundreds of recipes out there for you to try, but these options are a fantastic starting point for anyone in need of a little variety, or simply some inspiration to get started for the first time but without the risk of creating something foul tasting!
